ABOUT THE EVENT
Join us for this epic annual event and gain confidence in your swim! Invite friends & family and stay for the party after!!
3 lanes available for 100 Hundreds
Pace per hundred will be different for each lane, ranging from 1:30 - 1:50
3 lanes available for 100 Fifties
Pace per hundred will be different for each lane, ranging from 1:00 - 1:30
Swimmers should be able to use pace clock
Fins, pull buoys and wetsuits allowed
Use of sports drinks and energy gel encouraged
The goal is to do all 100 hundreds/fifties, but you do not need to do all to participate. No penalty for not completing.
Maximum time allotted for swim is 3.5 HOURS
Registration is $50 through AUGUST 25th, $60 thereafter.
