Our trademarked Progressive Cycling® classes are taught on the Cycleops 300 Pro Indoor cycle, or The Hammer smart trainer. Both use the Joule 3.0 computer to measure improvement using 13 different metrics developed by Hunter Allen and Dr. Allen Lim. Your workouts will all be based on your Neuromuscular Power, Anaerobic Capacity, Maximal Aerobic Power and Functional Threshold Power.
Balance your fitness with cross-training. We offer yoga and strength classes, and our cycling classes sometimes combine running and rowing. To help you get through all your training days - from registration to the main event - Team Pegasus members have access to the latest recovery equipment including Normatec Recovery Boots, Ironman 4000 Gravity Inversion Table, E-Stim and more.

SPORT SPECIFIC STRENGTH
Our weight room is a model of efficiency. Using TRX, stretch cords, physioballs, free weights, kettlebells, and unique benches, we've designed dozens of full body workouts that address strength, balance and flexibility and get you out the door in 30 minutes.
We also offer 2 stretching areas with an inversion table, yoga mats, Trigger Point foam rollers and custom-made stretching ladders.
