HARD. CORE. YOGA BOOTCAMP
This 2- hour hot yoga Boot Camp combines the best of yoga: strength, balance, and flexibility with core work that will transform your body and elevate your overall well-being! If you want to kick up your fitness and are up for a challenging workout that will transform your body, this workshop is for you! Not only will you advance your yoga practice and fire up your metabolism, you will unknot kinks and discover amazing stretches that will keep your body healthy for all your activities.

Tackling the Triathlon Swim
$60 for Team Pegasus members. $75 for non-members.
In order to become a better swimmer, you need to SWIM!
But open water swimming, it's all about confidence.
In this 3-hour clinic you will learn tips to make the swim portion of triathlon more efficient no matter how fast (or slow) a swimmer you are. This clinic is part classroom, part pool swim so that you can learn, ask questions, and practice!
Included but by no means completely comprehensive:
Buying and managing equipment, including how to get into and out of your wetsuit
Open Water/triathlon swimming rules
Open Water/triathlon starts, turns, finishes
Open Water/triathlon sighting, drafting, and dealing with crowds or anxiety
Bring your swim suit, goggles and towel, plus warmer clothes to hang out in.

THIS SWIM TAKES PLACE AT THE SOUTH SHORE YMCA
IN HANOVER, MA. MARCH 18, 2018
5:30 - 9:30 PM
Five lanes available for 100 Hundreds
Pace per hundred will be different for each lane, ranging from 1:30 - 2:00
One lane available for 100 Fifties
Fins and pull buoys allowed
Use of sports drinks and energy gel encouraged
The goal is to do all 100 hundreds, but you do not need to do all to participate. No penalty for not completing. Maximum time allotted for swim is 3.5 HOURS.
