EVENT DETAILS:

800 YARD POOL SWIM – 15-20 MIN BIKE* - 5K RUN.

SWIM:

800 yard pool swim with one athlete per lane.

BIKE:

We supply the bike! Athletes will transition from swimming onto the Cycleops 300 Pro stationary bike and will ride until a predetrmined amount of kilijoules are produced, and then they will....

RUN: 

...5k on fields, dirt and paved roads around the Boys & Girls Club.  

A TRIATHLON WITH A TWIST

A Super-Sprint Triathlon to benefit the Boys & Girls Club in Marshfield who, in the spirit of ‘what’s possible’, have allowed us to have a master’s program in their pool this summer. The ‘twist’ is that the race will start with a pool swim, followed by a hard ride on a stationary bike, followed by a run around the B&G campus that combines trails and roads. Individuals and relay teams welcome.
