• 3 lanes available for 100 Hundreds

• Pace per hundred will be different for each lane, ranging from 1:30 - 1:50

• 3 lanes available for 100 Fifties

• Swimmer should be able to use pace clock

• Fins, pull buoys and wetsuits allowed

• Use of sports drinks and energy gel encouraged

• The goal is to do all 100 hundreds/fifties, but you do not need to do all to participate. No penalty for not completing.

• Maximum time allotted for swim is 3.5 HOURS

• Registration is $50 through AUGUST 25th, $60 thereafter.
